Battery equalizer HA01 is used for 12V lead-acid batteries which are connected in serie to kept battery voltage balance. (Gel/Fod/AGM lead-acid bateries are supported) When two or more batteries are connected in serie and they are in charging/discharging/low status. The battery voltages change and becomes unstable. One battery voltage is high and one is low.The battery equalizer will equalize/balance the battery voltage when it detect they are 20mV between two batteries. It will shunt current voltage from one battery (the higher voltage one) to the other battery (the lower voltage one). Until the battery voltage of both get stable. This will improve battery's performance and extra life time. Battery equalizer can be used for 24V, 36V, 48V and any other qty of 12V battery you want to put together.
